Accessibility
Scout is committed to ensuring every resident can ride with confidence. Our on-demand, rideshare service is fully ADA-compliant and includes dedicated features to support riders with disabilities and mobility needs.
Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles
Scout’s fleet includes Toyota Sienna Hybrid wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs) equipped with ramps. These vehicles provide safe, convenient boarding for riders using wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices. Our drivers are trained to assist with boarding and securing equipment so every trip is safe and comfortable.
Easy to Request
When booking in the Ride Freebee app, you can select the option for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. This ensures that the right vehicle is dispatched to meet your needs.
Space for Everyone
In addition to Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles, Scout vehicles are designed with room for strollers, service animals, and personal items. Every rider deserves a comfortable trip.
Communication Support
Scout works with Freebee to continuously improve accessibility features for riders with vision, hearing, or other needs.
The Ride Freebee app and Scout customer service support multiple languages, including Spanish, to make the service accessible to as many riders as possible.
