How It Works

Your Ride, On Your Schedule

Scout is Seminole County’s on-demand, rideshare service. No fixed routes, no bus stops, no complicated schedules. You choose when and where to go, and a Scout vehicle comes to you.

Step-by-Step

  1. Download the Ride Freebee app on iOS or Android, then create your account/profile (email, phone, basic info).
  2. Select “Scout – Seminole County.”
  3. Add a payment method in the app (you can add it on the “Confirm your ride” screen or from the app menu under Payments).
  4. Set your pickup location and destination in the app.
  5. Review your fare and estimated wait time, then request your ride. You can track the vehicle in real time and meet your driver when it arrives.

When You Can Ride

Scout is available seven days a week:

  • Monday–Friday: 5 AM – 9 PM
  • Saturday: 6 AM – 10 PM
  • Sunday: 6 AM – 8 PM
