Seminole County’s on-demand public transportation service, Scout, has introduced a new tool to make trip planning easier. The Wait Time Planner feature lets riders check estimated pickup wait times before booking their next ride.

Simply click “Wait Time Planner” in the app, enter your pickup location and destination, and choose “Leave Now” or “Leave Later.” You’ll see an estimated wait time, along with an hourly table showing average waits throughout the day. Estimates are based on ride data from the past two weeks and the actual wait time may vary. 

This update comes as the County continues to monitor system performance and improve service across all Scout zones since its October 15 launch. Try the Wait Time Planner.
